MyPickList.com is an online service that allows our members to set up a pick list of products & services that they recommend. To enrich our members' experience, we request and display some personal information to other members and visitors, which allows our users to identify other members that may have similar things in common. MyPickList.com members can change their profile information at any time and can control how other members and the service communicates with them.

Information Collection and Use by MyPickList.com
In order to become a MyPickList.com user, you must first create an account. To create an account you are required to provide the following contact information: name, email address, paypal email address, street address, state, ZIP/postal code, username, and choose a password.

Profile Information:
Once a user, you may provide additional information in the Profile section describing your age category, marital status, children, and gender. Providing additional information beyond what is required at registration is entirely optional, but enables people searching our system to find recommendations from people with similar backgrounds.

Information about your Contacts
In order to invite others to view your pick list, you will enter their names and email addresses. This information will be used by MyPickList.com to send your invitation including a message that you write. The names and email addresses of people that you invite will be used only to send your invitation to view your pick list. All information entered there will only be viewable by you. All information that you enter or upload about your contacts will be covered by the same terms of this privacy policy as cover your own personally identifiable information.

MyPickList.com also logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type, from users and visitors to the site. This data is used to manage the website, track usage and improve the website services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third-parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to members. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes.

User Profile information including members' pictures and first names are displayed to people in order to facilitate user interaction in the MyPickList.com social networking community. Email addresses are used for the purposes of inviting friends to view a Pick list and to send notifications related to the service. To facilitate searching and finding friends and acquaintances on the service, MyPickList.com allows users to search for other members using first and last name, email address, and other search criteria.

Invitations and Other Communications to Non-members
MyPickList.com members can invite friends to join the service by sending invitation emails via our automated email system. MyPickList.com stores the email addresses that members provide so that the respondents may be added to the list of the member sending the pick list. Recipients of invitations from MyPickList.com may contact MyPickList.com to request the removal of their information from our database.

MyPickList.com contains links to sites. MyPickList.com is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites. When linking to another site a user should read the privacy policy stated on that site. Our privacy policy only governs information collected on MyPickList.com.

Use of Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a web site can write to your computer. We may use cookies to identify you and allow you to log in once to MyPickList.com and shop without having to log in again. Cookies are also used by many of our merchants to identify you as a MyPickList.com member. MyPickList.com requires its members to have cookies enabled in order to accumulate cash back rewards.
